I’m facing an issue with my Hummer EV’s infotainment screen, and I’m hoping someone here can help or share their experience. The touch screen is completely unresponsive and displays a “THEFT LOCKED” message. It happened right after the alarm went off, and ever since, the screen won’t reset or respond to any touch. I’ve already tried holding down the end call button to reset it, but no luck.
I’ve taken the vehicle to the dealer twice now, and unfortunately, they haven’t been able to resolve the issue. It’s pretty frustrating since I rely on the infotainment system for so many functions while driving.
Has anyone else encountered this “THEFT LOCKED” message on their Hummer EV? If you’ve had this issue and managed to get it fixed, I’d really appreciate it if you could share what worked for you.
