New owner here. My Super Cruise suddenly stopped working at the middle of the freeway. What could be the issue? Any ideas what should I do?

Oh man, that’s unfortunate to hear!
Actually, I can relate, I had a similar issue with my Supercruise, it stopped functioning on me too! The dealer tried doing an update and a hard reset, but no luck. In the end, they just went ahead and ordered a new module to get everything sorted. Fingers crossed it works out for you!

The issue might be related to the fact the super cruise didn't have enough info about the roads you were driving on.

My Super Cruise stopped working. I called OnStar, and they told me to reset the car. That fixed it!
