Phone disconnects from car when using Android Auto

Good morning! I just got into something annoying. Whenever I use the Android auto there is some disconnection. It doesn't stay like that for too long (only a few seconds) because it reconnects. What could be the issue? It never happened before, and it doesn't happen if I create the connection between car and phone using a type C cable. Thanks!

Intermittent Android Auto disconnections are definitely annoying but thankfully they're often fixable. Since it works fine with a cable, we can narrow down the possibilities.

Start with the simpler steps (restarts, updates) and then move on to the more involved ones. Hopefully, one of these will resolve your connection issues!
