Hummer stuck rear door

Stubborn rear door that just won't budge! I've hit the key fob, messed with the door button, and even tried the dash switch but all I get is the sound of the latch clicking like it's trying. It's like something is stuck or jammed. Is this a common thing and anyone got any quick fixes or tricks to try before I have to take it in?

I had a similar issue when I got mine, in the end, they just rebooted the truck, and it was fixed.
