AFAIK, Tesla doesn't support 800V charging yet, so the charging speed will be similar to 125 kW chargers. You might get slightly faster charging, but not much.
I just received my adapter from GM and was wondering how quickly the Tesla supercharger charges the SUVs. Does anyone here have one and know how fast it can charge?
I’ve heard it might not charge over 200 kilowatts, just curious if that's accurate.
I got mine last week and the only Tesla chargers I found locally that accept non Tesla's are all 250KW chargers so I can't see that being valid. I'm going to give them a go this Friday.
Tesla opening Superchargers to everyone is huge! Charging a Hummer EV there is interesting. You'll need the app and an adapter but it's not perfect. The Hummer's high voltage needs might not match all Superchargers so charging might be slower than expected. the Hummer's size can make parking tricky at some spots. it's a good backup charging option just don't expect it to be as seamless as charging a Tesla.
