Hey all! Any tips for driving a truck with OEM 22s in icy or snowy conditions? I drove it during the first storm yesterday, and while it handled okay, I did slip a bit. I’m used to having winter tires, so wondering if anyone swaps theirs out for winter or knows of any settings to improve traction. Appreciate any advice!

I've been using the OE tire all winter so far and all good. Make sure you are not using the full power setting I noticed is a bit tricky to pull away without spinning in that setting. Normal I found to work best and if it gets cold sub -20C I don't drive with it lifted as the oil in the shocks thickens making it difficult to put the weight forward under braking on towards the back when accelerating and that seems to cause traction events prematurely. Normal settings for me.

I usually throw on my winter tires once the cold hits hard. The extra grip is so worth it. But if you’re sticking with the OEMs, make sure to monitor tire pressure, cold temps can mess with that.
