My Hummer EV is still in the shop getting PPF and a few other things done, so I am yet to get it, but I’ve already got a few questions in mind..
First off, I’m curious about the interior durability. Is it as rugged as it looks? And does it make sense to add a ceramic coating on the inside, especially since I have the white interior? I’m also wondering if there are floor drain plugs like you’d find in a Jeep or a Bronco. I doubt it, but it’d be a nice surprise.
On the topic of waterproofing, I’ve seen people actually hosing down the interior of a Wrangler. While I wouldn’t go that far, I do wonder how the Hummer EV holds up if, say, the roof panels are left off and it starts raining. Would a little or a lot of rain cause any issues?
Lastly, I’d like to know the best way to keep the mats and interior clean. As far as I know, the rubber mats aren’t fully removable, so I’m curious about the best way to maintain them.
