My Hummer EV is still in the shop getting PPF and a few other things done, so I am yet to get it, but I’ve already got a few questions in mind..

First off, I’m curious about the interior durability. Is it as rugged as it looks? And does it make sense to add a ceramic coating on the inside, especially since I have the white interior? I’m also wondering if there are floor drain plugs like you’d find in a Jeep or a Bronco. I doubt it, but it’d be a nice surprise.

On the topic of waterproofing, I’ve seen people actually hosing down the interior of a Wrangler. While I wouldn’t go that far, I do wonder how the Hummer EV holds up if, say, the roof panels are left off and it starts raining. Would a little or a lot of rain cause any issues?

Lastly, I’d like to know the best way to keep the mats and interior clean. As far as I know, the rubber mats aren’t fully removable, so I’m curious about the best way to maintain them.

The Hummer EV interior is durable enough, and I don't think you need to add the ceramic coating. The materials are high-quality.
Regarding the floor drain plugs... the Hummer EV doesn't have them.
I wouldn't let any rain go inside the car...lol.
Just use something soft, a brush or cloth, with almost pure water. Nothing too crazy added in it.

It is nice to know about the interior durability and no drain plugs, I'll avoid any rain mishaps. I Appreciate the cleaning tips too; keeping it simple sounds smart.
