Do GMC dealers offer loaners for Hummer EV issues?

For those of you who’ve taken your Hummer EV to the dealership for service or repairs, did the dealer provide a loaner car?

I live pretty close to a dealership, so making a visit wouldn’t be a hassle, but I’m curious if loaners are commonly offered during these visits. Would buying directly from the local dealer make a difference in whether or not they provide a loaner?

It depends on the gravity of the issue. Also, it is best to tell them you would want a loaner when you set the visit appointment.

Not me. I think @Evholic_35 is right. It depends on the gravity of the issue and on the time they need to fix it.

Yes it has to be a car down situation of course, when I had the Cadillac Lyriq Cadillac covers a loaner even for servicing.
