Can't start the climate remotely

Hello, everyone! I noticed that the climate doesn't start when I use the app. Considering the app is showing the number of degrees, it should start. But when I go into the car, all the fans are off. They start working only if I turn on the defrost thing. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Is the climate system turned on when you exit the vehicle and on Auto?

Could also be that the car wasn't getting an LTE signal. Or maybe it went into "sleep mode" since it hadn't been driven for a few days?
